MTED Wellness Episode 1: What is Wellness?

True Wellness comes from honest self reflection. Often we initially create the illusion of wellness in our minds based on what we think people want to see or hear. But true wellness is when we identify areas where improvement may be needed and address those issues daily on top of basic wellness . You are your own wellness but only if you are willing to unpack that suitcase and not just the carry on!
